tested:
- checkout with date in the past
- hold expiration date with all formats, staff and OPAC
- making date changes in patron details
- create a report and schedule it
  - issue found: the picker doesn't let pick today as a date
- check-in with custom date
- logs view (date from and date to)

What is hold start date? The reservedate column, is there an input for that?
I my testing, reservedate along with expirationdate and patron_expiration_date
always have values.
