Forgot to mention (and is very important):

- Implementation should use a library to handle OAuth2 (as opposed to the
current googleopenidconnect script, which does things manually).
Mojolicious::Plugin::OAuth2 is already packaged in the staging repo for this
purpose (mtj++)
