We suffer here from a similar issue as on bug 31370 (for the preview button).

The URL shown is the one belonging to 'default'. But when you add another
langauge, you will create another record (another idnew) with another URL which
is not shown on the list view. But in contrast to the content, this id is only
visible in the address bar which could be considered *less* user friendly.

What I personally would like, is a URL that works for all languages. If the
language is found, show it. If it is not found, fall back to default. In that
way you would only need one umbrella URL for page and translations.
