So.. where do we go from here..

* Should I remove the corresponding lines from the tools home page or do we
think they should appear in both places.
* Should we update the various pages now added to the 'cataloging' homepage
such that their breadcrumbs now read `Home > Cataloging > Page` as apposed to
`Home > Tools > Page` and similar
* I'm working on bug 31417 to reinstate the cat-menu sidebar... same question
as above about links appearing in both menus or just the new/reinstated
cat-menu.inc
