When creating an item group, we can assign the display order.  When assigning
the display order, could Koha add the display order incrementally?  If a
library has Item Group A, Display order 1, Item Group B, Display order 2. When
the library creates a new group, Koha will incrementally add display 3
automatically would be nice.
