TO recreate:

1. Set a CoceHost. You can use ( https://coce.bywatersolutions.com )
2. Set some CoceProviders.
3. Turn  OpacCoce on, but no other image services.
4. Find a record that should have cover image and go to it's OPAC detail page.
5. In Firefox the image will not load for me.
6. Try in Chrome, the image loads just fine.
