Thanks for the feedback Cait and Andrew! I agree that adding the pronouns to
the patron-title include makes things cumbersome. 

Since this is mostly informational for staff I think it is adequate to show it
in the brief display and on the details page. The most sense to be would be
underneath that patrons name, so that is where I added it in my follow-up. 

Also, happy to have other opinions therefore I am resetting this to Needs
Signoff.
