The original request was for

- View and renew items checked out

  We can already view, I created a bug for renewing (bug 32423)

- View and renew items overdue

  I think this is already included in checkouts

- View status of and cancel holds you have placed

  I created a bug for this one (bug 32424)

- View fines you owe

  This is already possible

- Submit changes to your personal details (like name or address)

  Not sure about this one? 

- Submit a change to your password

  Not sure about this one... I feel like a guarantor could change their
guarantee's password without telling them and the guarantee wouldn't be able to
log in anymore...

- View your Reading History (also known as 'Checkout History')

  Not sure about this one either. It would have to take into account when the
viewing of checkouts was allowed in order to prevent the guarantor to see
checkout they were not allowed to see...?

- Manage your purchase suggestions (view status and add)

  I don't see the usefulness of this

- Manage how you're notified by the library of events and due dates

  Like the password change and personal info change, I feel like this could
lead to abuse

- Review an edit your lists

  I don't see the usefulness of this
