Unmodified text files which are not part of code used for MediaWiki database
migration and updating are now included in the "binary" [non-version
controlled] files archive allowing version controlled code for database
migration and wiki updating to not be lost in a larger set of unrelated files. 
Such unmodified text files along with binary files and symlinks previously
excluded from version control as inappropriate for version control are now
included in 
https://test01.agogme.com/koha_migrate_mwiki_db_and_upgrade_test.tgz . 
[Symlinks are mostly built by the migration and update code but we have also
started with some created for the legacy wiki.]

A link to the version control repository with the unmodified text files
excluded will be rebuilt and posted after another run of tests.
