Hi Paolo, this sounds more like a support request/configuration issue that
should go on the mailing list or IRC. Bugzilla should only be used to report
bugs and enhancement requests.

For a start: check that in your item you have homebranch and holding branch set
to a valid branch of your Koha instance.
