On parcel.pl, when selecting orders to receive, we should have a "Select all"
option to check the boxes for all orders currently onscreen.

In this multi-receiving workflow, for order set to create items in cataloging,
quantity received is defaulting to 0 and requiring the user to manually change
it to match quantity ordered. When following the normal single order receiving
workflow, Koha will assume that quantity received = quantity ordered if your
basket was set to create items in cataloging. This change needs to be
corrected.
