This sounds more like a support question, while bugzilla should only be used
for filing bugs and enhancement requests. 

It sounds like your Zebra index is not in sync with the data in your database.
Check on your indexing and do a full reindex. That is most likely to resolve
the issue. If it doesn't help, you can ask on the mailing list or on IRC for
