It hapens in both languages english and portuguese. We see preference and text
about value but not otions in order to change ex. bibtex  dc, marc ... on
OpacExportOptions.
We did a clean instalation from scratch and did not install any languages. It
hapens with original english instalation using UNIMARC format.
