There is now a simple option to build the CSS from the sandbox manager so the
compiled CSS patch isn't required.

Personally, I was OK either way, so long as the compilation patch was distinct
(as it's almost always a rebase issue, and is easier to just skip and rebuild
when it's on it's own).

Looking forward to playing with this.. I assume, given rebases are challenging,
we're wanting to get testing done pretty quick... Adding myself to CC
