I think this patch is ready for testing, but it's hard to tell what need to be
tested!
Basically it's *any* date manipulation all over Koha that needs to be tested,
so... lot of testing!

This patch is great has it is removing 400 lines of ugly and unnecessary date
manipulation.

It makes the code so cleaner!

I won't benchmark but I am expecting (non-significant) perf improvements here.
