Testing notes (using koha-testing-docker)

1. To install telnet: apt-get install telnet

2. Restart the SIP server: koha-sip --restart kohadev

3. To access SIP server using telnet: telnet 127.0.0.1 6001

4. To exit telnet: CTRL+] and then quit
