Just a minor iteration there.. fixes the top bar link and moves the advanced
editor button into a 'New' section underneath.. 

I'm not sure how to try and handle the other toolbar buttons.. the Framework
selection lends itself to a button.. I was considering a fieldset with buttons
but that also feels a bit weird.

Contemplating.
