Agreeing with the comments of George & Barbara on accessibility & design of the
header (comments 104, 105).

Search bar, icon sizes, et al. as presently configured would present *many*
issues to staff.

A couple other notes on issues in the current sandbox that are no doubt being
worked on:

Patrons page (members-home.pl): layout issues

Lists page (shelves.pl): Template process failed: file error - parse error
