Apologies, I just double-checked what I wrote above and it's not 100%
valid. There is indeed a problem in master that relates to the display
of local cover images in the OPAC when OpacSeparateHoldings is set to
'Separate', but it occurs at a different level and under specific
conditions (and since it's not OPAC Shelf browser-specific, I think
it'd be better if I filed a new bug report for it).
