Here is a patch that fixes the missing checkin message without changing code in
_calculate_new_debar_dt or _debar_user_on_return. So it shouldn't affect other
functionality too much. It shouldn't cause additional test fails.

Only little thing is that it duplicates the code because it has the same block
of code (inside elsif).
