I think we can only push this if the biblionumber sorting still works or we
would break the existing behaviour. 

Could "relevance" sorting not work here? As you noted in an earlier comment,
the relevance in this case is always the same, the fallback for Zebra at least,
is sorting by biblionumber for same relevance.
