Thanks everyone for the feedback so far, and Martin for enabling things!

Current list of things to do:

- Get lists of documentation tasks up to date
- Look at bulk updating the current release
- Decide on whether to bulk update for previous releases
- Update work flow instructions
- Add to agenda for next development meeting
- Add to agenda for next documentation meeting
- Email to documentation and development mailing lists
