I agree that the test plan is not very clear. What are we supposed to put in
580 (and which subfield(s)?) Are we supposed to put ; ?

I catalogued my authority's 580 field as follows
580$v Form subdivision
580$x General subdivision
580$y Chronological subdivision
580$z Geographic subdivision

(yes I actually put the name of the subfield in the subfield)

The summary when searching for authorities looks like this (without patch)
Personal Names:
Ó Cadhain, Máirtín.
