When looking at the details of a payment the description of the fines paid
against is not visible. This would be really helpful as for overdues this field
contains the title of the record.

Alternatively it might be nice to show the title directly using the itemnumber
link in accountlines when present.

To test:
- Create an account with overdue fines for multiple records
- Pay some of those in one payment
- Check the "Details" link on the payment line 
- Verify the fine description is not showing
