Ok, I added my two cents. Some doubts remain for me:

- Shouldn't we have the checkout_id link to the issues table? It seems to me
that Koha::Recall->checkout is trying to guess something we know when the
recall is generated. Or maybe it is just that I'm not understanding the
biblio-level recall workflow/use case.
- I'd remove the 'old' attribute.
- Column names... If we are introducing a new table, I suggest we do better
there. See bug 25260 for column names...
