Bug 22605: (QA follow-up) Make Braille search option stick

To test:
- Add to records, one with 007 fb and another with 007 tc
- Search for Format: Braille from the advanced search
- Verify both records are found
- Return to advanced search
- Verify that Braille is still selected
- Rerun search - same results show
