JSON::Validator got finally patched (version 5.07) and we can now avoid
bundling the spec. So I reorganized the patches and removed that bit.

The new JSON::Validator::Schema::OpenAPIv2 class includes the schema, so it
doesn't need to be included anymore. Feel free to ask me to remove it if
necessary.
