I'm looking at it.

It is quite a complex code scrapping DBIx datas.

I my opinion it should not send "type":"Borrower".
The database names are not the current terminology for objects.
Better use module name Koha::Patron, so it is easy to guess one must call API
on route '/api/v1/patron'

I will try to gather feedback at hackfest next week.
