Ok, also checked the Equinox demo installation: 21.11.00.000
No road types on the patron form.
BorrowerUnwantedFields is empty.
No ROADTYPE set up.
That is the previous and expected behaviour.

Also: sort 1 and sort 2 appear as free text input fields, as they should with
bsort1 and bsort2 empty. (see bug 30603)
