We're back to failing here.. whilst I understand the want to translate the
system options, this follow-up breaks the ability to customise those same
options for display... which was a core requirement for the original Sponsor.

I'm torn.. I feel you should be able to customise those if you really want to.

I also think that the 'Manual' option should be listed as one you can add
manually ;)
