No search criteria on circulation.pl

No, when searching from Check Out (circulation.pl) doesn't show what you
searched.  It would be nice if search criteria was displayed the same way
consistently for patrons or items.  But I guess if it is showing the criteria
on member.pl, circulation.pl should at least display it the same way.
