Yes Katrin, you are right.
In that particular case there is also a small error, but in several cases it is
due to copying and pasting from sources, such as
https://www-transition--bibliographique-fr.translate.goog/unimarc/manuel-unimarc
-format-bibliographique/?_x_tr_sl=fr&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=es&_x_tr_pto=ajax,se,
where correctly capitalized labels can be observed (first letter of the first
word) and others that are not.
Subfields are generally correctly capitalized, they were also copied and
pasted.
It will take a thorough review of those strings, I'll try to do that.
