Bug 31378 provides an OAuth2/OIDC client for authenticating into the Staff
Interface and the OPAC, but the "interface" is always "api".

So far it hasn't caused any obvious problems, but I think we might find small
discrepancies start to rise up - at least in our data.

Where we want or expect to find "opac" or "intranet", instead it will say
"api".
