Hopefully this is the last set of issues:

1. OPAC redirect to log in:
   - I get redirected to the login page
   - After enter the details, I get this message (in Firefox) (it may be
something to do with bug 31699, and I haven't set things up correctly):

    "Oops.

    The site at
http://127.0.0.1:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-user.pl?has-search-query=;return=http://127.0.0.1:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=262&query_desc=kw%2Cwrdl%3A%20perl&modal=concern
has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data
transmission was detected.

   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

2. Catalog concerns landing page: the filter for the Status column doesn't seem
to work:
  - Have two catalog concerns - one open and one closed
  - For the status column filter, start typing Open
  - No results shown
