Screenshot - form label and content misalignment

When the content for a form is wider than the screen, the wrapping is
misaligned.

For an example, see Tools > Log viewer - the content for modules and actions
fields are in the label column (see the attached screenshot).

I'm sure I've seen this elsewhere, but where escapes me at the moment.
