Thanks for all your testing David,

Hopefully this last rebase has the redirects working properly again.

As for the searching issue on the Status column, I've got it searching on
firstname, surname and date but I can't easily add a special case for 'Open' vs
'Resolved'.. but there are the filters at the top of the page for that.. I
think this one will have to just come down to training.
