I don't think this is correct - Match-heading is a standardized format based on
the heading of the authority record - it is constructed according to set rules
and does not need to be configurable.

The field has been removed from mappings and is auto-constructed in the
indexing now

The changes for Match-heading-see-from could be moved forward, I am not sure
how utilized this field is though
