Hi Karen, sorry for the late reply!

When you receive an order created in FY21 in FY22, you can change the fund
during the receive process.

You can also, once the FY21 is over, close the budget and move all open orders
to FY22 automatically. 

So in theory, it should not be necessary to cancel and reenter. But if you want
to cancel the order, the easiest way is to do it from the receive screen
(Receive Shipment > Fake invoice number or reuse existing > use the cancel
links in list)

Does this help? If not, could you rephrase the problem maybe a bit? I am not
sure I get the full picture.
