I am very surprised this hasn't been corrected already. I wonder if it just
recently happened, as it is a real problem. When patrons pay for an item (fine
or lost item), any write off gives the details on the item that had a write
off, but a payment shows nothing at all about what item was paid for. Please
escalate this as soon as possible. Thank you!
