My staff have asked for this- we have so many detailed item types, they would
also like the ability to do quicker broad searches. For example, we have
several item types related to DVDs, BLUrays, and 4k movies. Sometimes our staff
want to grab a cart of all the related media and want to just narrow to
'Movies' without having to select all the specific item types. If the advanced
search retained the ability to search based on the item types, but also had an
option to search based on ITEMTYPECAT groups, that would be the best of both
worlds for us!
