Breadcrumbs in the Patrons module are inconsistent with many other modules in
Koha now.

They often take the form:

* Home > Patrons > Make a payment for David R Bath (29999000490250)
* Home > Patrons > Subscription routing lists for David R Bath (29999000490250) 

The more modern approach is:

* Home > Patrons > David R Batch
* Home > Patrons > David R Batch > Accounts
* Home > Patrons > David R Batch > Routing lists
