Another problem:

If you have a "blank" domain and a specific domain, the "blank" domain is used
instead of the specific domain.

If you want to set different "Default library" and "Default category" based on
email domain, it won't work if you have a "blank" domain.

It also means the "Auto register" and "Update on login" wouldn't work right...
if they were working...

I think the only thing that does work is having "Allow staff: No" in "blank"
domain and "Allow staff: Yes" in specific domain. ("Allow opac: no" for "blank"
would also work but that would be an unlikely scenario.)
