This patch adds three more hooks to the existing "after_hold_action", extending
it to handle the different found values.

* "transfer" when a Hold calls "set_transfer()" (found=T)
* "waiting" when a Hold calls "set_waiting()" (found=W)
* "processing" when a Hold calls "set_processing()" (found=P)
