At the moment in Koha, this page: cgi-bin/koha/members/readingrec.pl
will show library staff the checkout history of the patron including who
checked it out and when.  

It was suggested that it would be nice to also include who did the check-in
(could this also include SIP checkins?) - Koha already shows when the check-in
was done - through the column "Return Date".
