QA Notes:
* I can only find my logged in user when searching for users to add to an
agreement ( http://192.168.1.20:8081/cgi-bin/koha/erm/agreements/add )
* Spelling error: negociation => negotiatio
* If I attach a very large document to a license ( like 70 MB ), not only does
the file not attach, but I lose all my existing files as well. (

* "Search agreements" in the top bar shifts everything down by a couple pixels
compared to "Search packages" and "Search titles"
