It looks like there are several attempts to create accounts - see the user
creation log https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Special:Log/newusers

I don't have access to see whether they are real accounts that have been
created or not.

These may have already been deleted as "No credentials found for this user.
Check that the name is spelled correctly." is the message when checking
accounts on the https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Special:UserCredentials
page.

Nothing has shown up in the moderation queue
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Special:ConfirmAccounts - this is as
expected, as until the email is sorted anyone requesting an account gets:
"Error sending mail:
Unknown error in PHP's mail() function."
