Can you verify you don't have any custom javascript or CSS from the system
preferences? The "Patrons found for" doesn't match with the search box on the
left in your picture, it limits the patrons to start with the capital letter M.
Maybe this is difference between master and 22.05 but in master the search
query is shown in the search box, in your case it doesn't show it.
