Guarantees and Guarantors are buried in the details page.  Handy, but not the
place I think to look.

Wondering if the Add guarantee button at the top of the patron account could
be:
* Changed to Guarantee
* Visible on both Adult and Children accounts
* Change to a dropdown with option to add Guarantee/Guarantor
* Also list links to guarantees/guarantors
