Note that for the AUTO_RENEWALS notice, this message appears for the Email
notice, before the last updated date:

  Template Toolkit error: undef error - : filter not found 

This message appears before the patch is applied - I'm not sure what is causing
this, as it doesn't appear for a sample of other notices I checked.
