the Series link koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/en/xslt/MARC21slimUtils.xsl is
not generated correctly

I'm assuming this attachement:
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=30162
isn't valid anymore and is just a previous version of the current patch.
